Two student rooms just opened up in a really nice 5-bed house near the University of Birmingham

We’ve had a couple of people moving out, so we’re looking for 2 new housemates to take their rooms. The house is already pretty set up, just needs the right people to slot in.

The house:
• Big open-plan kitchen + living room (good social space)
• Fully furnished throughout
• 5-bed student house in total
• Chill, respectful student vibe
• Bills included so no arguing over WiFi routers at 2am

Location:
• Super close to University of Birmingham
• 10–15 mins train to Birmingham City University, the train station is a 5 min walk from the house
• Easy transport + shops nearby

Rooms available:
• Room 1 – Ground floor with its own private bathroom (just not ensuite, still fully yours)
• Room 4 – Upstairs room with ensuite bathroom

Rent & Bills
• £600 rent plus £85 bills package (ALL bills included – gas, electric, water, WiFi etc.)
• £600 deposit also required before move in

Important:
• Students only (council tax exemption)
• Move-in around 14 July but flexible if needed
• You’d be replacing existing tenants so the house is already established
