Hiya, I'm Jerome, a student at UoB, and I am looking for someone to transfer my tenancy in a student house to. My tenancy is from 01/07/2026 until 30/06/2027 and available to move in immediately. The property is on Teignmouth road and will be shared with four other clean and quiet final year student occupants (2 men, 2 women) with a rent of £135pw with bills included. The room itself is furnished with a double bed, desk and cupboard. There are two well kept shared bathrooms, and the room and living space are showcased here!
This is a student only household so is council house exempt. Anyone is welcome and the current housemates have a broad mix of interests, and enjoy socialising, so I wouldn't worry about enjoying each other's company!
