A lovely ground-floor room with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, and desk, as well as access to an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven, two fridge-freezers, and a dishwasher.

The property is located in a cul-de-sac off Heeley Road and includes off-road parking. The house is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the university and just a 5-minute walk from Selly Oak train station.

We're looking for a friendly, sociable, easygoing, and tidy girl who will fit in well with the welcoming atmosphere already in the house. We ask that you respect the other girls living here by helping with shared household tasks, such as cleaning and taking the bins out.

For Bills we use Housr and we pay £90.96 monthly which includes Broadband, electric, gas, water and contents cover.
