Hi,
I am looking for someone to take over a room in 28 Gleave Road for the next academic year.
The house is very close to Selly Oak station and the retail park, and only a short 10 minute walk to UoB campus.
I am a masters student and the other current tenant is a recent graduate - so we are open to students, postgrads, or recent grads!
We are super sociable and always have pretty jam-packed schedules, but always make the time to tidy up after ourselves -don’t worry haha.
