Student Room in Birmingham

Hi! I’m a placement year student who’s moving back home to work remotely, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room from the beginning of November (or sooner if you’d like).
The address is 46 Umberslade Road, which is just a short walk from the University of Birmingham and Selly Oak train station. The room is £700 and comes with an en-suite, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and everything else you’d need.
There are currently 3 girls living in the house, all studying at the university, so a female tenant would be preferred. The the housemates are lovely, the house is also kept very tidy, and has a nice garden area outside.
