Room available in a student house on North Road, Selly Oak. We’re looking for a female tenant, preferably a UoB student, to take over the ground floor bedroom.
The house is in a really good location, just a short walk from the University of Birmingham campus and QE Hospital. It’s also close to Tesco, Aldi, takeaways, cafés and other local amenities.
The bedroom has plenty of storage space, and there’s a nice shared living room with a TV. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space and comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and two fridges. The shared bathroom is also well maintained.
There are currently two female students living in the house, both clean, tidy and friendly. We’re looking for someone similar who would be happy to join us!
Rent is £455 per month, bills not included.
