The bedroom is fully furnished and includes a shower and hand-basin. Being a through-room, it overlooks the road, which is very quiet, and also the large rear garden.

The cost is £120 per week for one person, or £200 for a couple. This is all-inclusive, so there are no bills for gas, electricity, water or Council tax. Broadband is also provided free.

In addition to the bedroom, there is full access to the kitchen, dining-room, very large lounge with television, bathroom, toilets, and garage which functions as a utility room for washing and drying clothes storage etc. Also, the landscaped garden has several patio areas.

The area in which the house is located is unique. It is a quiet road with grass, trees, and parkland. However, a ten-minute walk takes you to a major bus route to Birmingham city centre, University of Birmingham and Selly Oak as Bournville and Selly Oak train stations by walk within 20 mins. There is a large front drive, so plenty of parking space.
