We work hard to carefully curate a positive and like-minded dynamic within each of our shared homes. We respectfully ask interested parties to therefore note that our rooms are not suitable for couples, students, pet owners, benefit claimers, or those in-between jobs.

References and employment are essential. We don't require a deposit, just the pro rata rate of the month you move in, then full rent from every 1st of the following month.
