From there, Burton, Malvern Park, and Shirley Park are the best in the region, with 4 free tennis pitches each, a basketball court, and a large children's play area.
Definitely worth checking them out. Closer still, there is Tudor Grange Leisure Centre next to the town centre, and David Lloyd's Gym is practically outside the house. All at a 5-minute walk from the house, at the Sears Retail Park with furniture, hardware, 2 large grocery Stores, LIDL, M&S, B&Q, and Curries. The house is perfect for those working in or around Shirley/Solihull, Birmingham City bus in 40 min, bus stop outside front door.
Also, Blythe Valley Business Park is a 10-minute drive away, and Jaguar Land Rover is 15 minutes away. There is great access to the motorway with the M42 Junction 4 being only 5 5-minute drive away.
