The house is perfect for those working in or around Shirley/Solihull, Birmingham City bus in 40 min, bus stop outside front door.
Also Blythe Valley Business Park is a 10 minute drive away and Jaguar Land Rover being 15 minutes away. There is great access to the motorway with the M42 being only 5 minutes drive away.
