All housemates are subject to successful referencing, including affordability, credit, and employment checks. To kickstart the application process, we will require a holding deposit of £100 and following successful referencing, a £700 deposit is required before you move in which we protect with the DPS.

We offer an alternative deposit option called Reposit! Instead of paying a 5-week security deposit, you can choose to use Reposit and pay a 1-week one-off service fee, not only is this hassle free but reduces your moving in costs significantly.
