Please read ALL of this. We are next door to Moseley Cricket Club even though we are in Shirley, Solihull ! The room has a lovely big king size (5foot) bed, built in mirror wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and new carpets plenty of storage. The en-suite has a large shower, sink, cabinet , toilet, towel storage rack and heated radiator.

This beautiful house is very clean and tidy and I expect everyone to clean up after themselves. Washing machine available but no tumble drier, we use racks to dry or washing lines in the garden. You could go to the launderette too.

Non smokers or drinkers. Alcohol is not allowed in the house.

Please, no shoes in the house as they are new carpets. There’s plenty of space in the porch to leave shoes.

Sharing with 3 professionals, light use of kitchen is allowed. Fridge and cupboard space available There are 3 toilets and 2 showers in the house. Stunning views of Moseley Cricket Club. Beautiful garden to relax in after a hard days work. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport, the number 4A bus stop is very close. Parking on drive if you need it.
