There are plenty of great restaurants, pubs, and large supermarkets, including ASDA, Aldi, and Lidl, all within walking distance.

Room Details:
The room is fully furnished with quality furniture, including an oak single bed with a memory foam mattress, a two-door oak wardrobe, an oak chest of drawers, bedside tables. The room also includes a separate study area with a desk and a chair provided.

House Features:
The house boasts a modern, well-equipped open kitchen/dining area, two lounges with leather sofas, and coffee tables. A guest bathroom on the ground floor features an electric shower. The kitchen and dining area overlook a beautifully landscaped garden.

Rent:
The first rent payment will be prorated for the month you move in, followed by the full rent on the 1st of the following month. Rent includes all utilities, council tax, TV license, and high-speed fibre optic broadband. Absolutely no hidden extra fees. Refundable deposits are required per government regulations. Documentation such as a passport, driving license, and a reference from your employer or previous landlord is needed for tenant verification.

We consider short term, long term and Monday to Friday lets. A one-month notice period is required for any terminations.

About Us:
We are friendly, live-in landlords. Our older son is based in London most of time, and our younger son is a secondary school student.

Our Ideal Tenant:
We are looking for a full-time professional who is friendly, quiet, clean & tidy, and respectful of others' privacy. This person should be a non-smoker, not a party-goer and ideally works outside the home (occasional 2 days a week working from home maximum).
Please note that we do not accept full-time remote workers, families, or couples. Single occupancy only.
