We are a friendly family of 4 living in a large extended house in Shirley, Solihull. We have 2 spacious double rooms to let. (only one room available now).

Quiet, friendly neighbourhood, excellent location: Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. 2.5 miles to Solihull town centre. Close to Shirley Industrial park, Monkspath Business Park, M42, Birmingham Airport with local trains and buses.

The house has been fully extended and furnished. We've recently redone our driveway to accommodate two cars parking on the driveway and we've also landscaped the rear garden to enhance the living experience for our tenants. The house has a modern and well equipped open kitchen/dining area, two lounges, one downstair bathroom, one master bathroom and one loft bathroom.

The rooms to let have been well furnished with furniture including oak bed and memory foam mattress, 2 door oak wardrobe, oak chest of drawers, bed side tables, lamps and oak dressing table with a matching stool . Reviewing is highly recommended!

If you are working full time, not a smoker nor a party animal and can keep clean and tidy, we would like to hear from you. (Please tell us a little about yourself if you'd like to rent the room.)

Rent includes all bills (Gas, Electricity, Water and high speed Wifi). If you are an excessive user, we probably will have to discuss the bill arrangement further.

The deposit of £400 and the references from work/previous landlord are required.
