Looking for a housemate!

I’m looking for a like minded young professional to rent my spare room. I am looking for an out-going and sociable female, preferably aged 21-40.

The house is a town house with 3 toilets, with the main bathroom being on the middle floor next to the room for rent, so you will have your own toilet and shower (the bath will be communal).

The property is next to a canal on a lovely new estate, so there are really nice walks /cycling routes we and we’re also in the middle of 3 train stations, Galton Bridge, The Hawthorns and Rolfe St. It take about 15 mins to drive into the city centre and about £10 in a taxi.

I’m 34 and I live here with my partner. I work full time, and he works part time.

I have two cats although they are out a lot enjoying the canal. We are smokers and smoke in the property. I’m very easy going, a bit quirky and alternative, but do keep a tidy house and want someone who is willing to help out and clean up after themselves.
