Looking for a housemate!

Room (Yours) bedding not included, but all other funiture is.

I’m looking for a like-minded young professional to rent my spare room. I am hoping for a female, preferably aged 21-45.

The house is a 3 story town house with 3 toilets, with the main bathroom being on the middle floor next to the room for rent, so you will have your own toilet and shower (the bath will be communal). The room isn’t strictly en-suite but you will have your own shower and toilet.

The property is next to a canal on a lovely new estate, so there are really nice walks /cycling routes we and we’re also in the middle of 3 train stations, Smethwick Galton Bridge (20 min walk), The Hawthorns (8min walk) and Rolfe St (10 mins walk). It take about 15 mins to drive into the city centre and about £10 £15 in a taxi.

I’m 37 and I work full time so I am out of the house during daytime through the week. The other housemate is a 38 y old male who again comes and goes throughout the day/night as he works shifts

I have two cats, who come and go pretty much as they please. I also have a reptile. I don’t really want to introduce any more pets into the house but this is something I may be willing to consider for the right person.

I’m very easy going, a bit quirky and alternative, but do keep a fairly tidy house and want someone who is willing to help out and clean up after themselves. I have a cleaner once every fortnight, and can extend their hours if you would like your room cleaned.

The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac, has ample off-street parking, security cameras, dishwasher and WiFi. All bills are included.

The postcode is B66, on the corner of Lewisham and Middlemore Rd. I am happy to conduct viewings over Video call for people if the genuinely can’t make a viewing in person.

Weekday let’ are good for me and will be charged at £400 per month.
