Double Bedroom in large 2 bed house

I have a spare double bedroom available in Bearwood.

I have currently been living by myself here with my two dogs for a few years (had tennants in between) and figured it'd be worth saving some money and splitting the rent and bills with someone else again
I have had several previous housemates, both male and female with no real issues.

The location is just off Bearwood high street but quiet enough to be away from the hustle and bustle.

The bedroom itself has a single bed memory foam mattress and duvet (although there's room for a double bed if someone wants to put one in there) along with big wardrobe, chest of drawers and big desk. Anyone wanting to make changes to that room would be welcome to.

Downstairs there is the main living room and a kitchen separate, along with a front room which is being used as storage/office (as i teach from home some days) at the moment.

I'd like someone who's tidy and cleans up after themselves (this is a non-negotiable) along with not minding having a Cane corso AND a Corgi round (they're really friendly and have a great temperament), and someone who would consider themselves a considerate person also.
