This property is available on a short term basis throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We are able to accommodate contractors working in the Birmingham area, insurance related bookings, as well as any other emergency situations.

We have a beautiful house available in a new build estate in Smethwick. The house is beautifully interior designed, with luxury touches and finishes. It comes fully furnished, including a full equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 50 inch TV, netflix and more.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, the master being a king bed and with an ensuite. There is also a large family bathroom with a bath, and a downstairs WC. The house also comes with a driveway for 2 cars, and a good sized rear garden, with access from patio doors from the lounge. The downstairs is a lovely, open plan living area, with kitchen diner and lounge in one.

The rent is INCLUSIVE of all bills, which is perfect for someone needing a stop gap, perhaps between selling houses, or needing extra space for a flexible time frame.
