Hi. i have a spare double-room in a lovely new build home in solihull.

The room has exclusive use of a bathroom, a double wardrobe with draws and two bedside cabinets.

My new flatmate can also have exclusive use of the home office room as i don't need it.

I'm laid back and looking for someone similar. It would be nice to enjoy social activities together but I also respect other people's privacy.

My interests are gym, tennis cinema, football, walks, comedy, reading and fun/interesting conversation!

I do have a dog (Waffles). He is very gentle and when in the house he spends all his time sleeping but i do realise dogs aren’t for everyone so please bear that in mind.
