I am only looking for 1 person to rent the large double room
There are 2 shared rooms downstairs (living room & dining room); there is a converted garage however this is not a shared room as I use this as a study/home office.
There are two bathrooms, a large garden and a driveway for private parking.
The house has also recently been refurbished with new flooring.
Transportation links are excellent and within 5 minutes walking distance.
There is also an Aldi & Tesco nearby.

For religious reasons, I do not keep any pets, and I do not smoke or drink.
