Double room available on a MON TO FRI LET, Friday or Sunday night if needed can be discussed.

I am in the lovely Bentley Heath area near Knowle/Dorridge in Solihull.

Internet access.

Double room, tv, chest of drawers, double bed, mirror, lamp.

There is a lovely refurbished shared bathroom in addition to downstairs toilet.

The room is not ensuite but sharing bathroom has never been a problem as i only use after lodger had left in morning and time for bathroom is agreed 😊.

I have 2 rooms for rent, Current lodgers contract is finishing in December! He has been here for 2 years.

At times the 2nd room will be rented out also to a Mon to Fri lodger.

Sheets and quilts supplied and laundered for you. i have a cleaner weekly.

My house is 2 Minute walk to a coop, Indian restaurant, deli, butchers etc. Also very easy quick access to Birmingham airport, Jaguar Landrover , M42, Blythe Park business park , Shirley and Dorridge train station and the bus route into Solihull is the top of the road. perfect location for workers on hs2


The rental is for your room, shared bathroom and use of kitchen including stove top, Airfryer, fridge, Microwave, kettle etc.

This rental is perfect for a professional who works away from home but prefers not to be in a hotel week after week and is just looking for a quiet, clean room to rest when gets home. The house is quiet and we respect each others privacy.
