Fantastic recently-refurbished shared house in a nice residential area close to central Solihull, rents fully inclusive of all bills including superfast broadband and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
The house is located less than 10 minutes’ walk from Solihull Hospital and the Spire Parkway Hospital, and just 10-15 minutes’ walk from Solihull town centre. Within 5 minutes’ walk there are local shopping facilities, pubs, a Chinese takeaway and a doctor’s surgery, as well as the no. 966, S1 and X12 bus routes, giving easy access to the airport, NEC and Birmingham Business Park. Solihull station is about 20 minutes’ walk away and Jaguar Land Rover is within 1.5 miles.
The entire house has recently been completely refurbished and has a large shared, fully equipped, kitchen with lounge area and 40” TV with Freeview, and a laundry room with washing and drying facilities.
The six bedrooms are fully furnished, each with a double bed with orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table / desk, chair and bookshelves, as well as a data point and TV aerial socket. There is a generous south-facing back garden (with garden furniture and a bike storage shed) for socialising or relaxing, and the driveway provides some off-road parking.
Room 1, available from mid-June, is a double, located downstairs and with its own ensuite shower room.
You will be sharing the house with other professional tenants who are sociable but not party animals; if you want to live in party central then you should look elsewhere, but if you want somewhere you can relax in peace after a day’s (or night’s) work then it might be just the place you’re looking for.

We're looking for a tenant who'll stay a minimum of 6 months.
The landlord is accredited with the Midlands Landlord Accreditation Scheme (Craig Davis, registration no. 2288). The house is managed directly by the landlord.
All rooms are single occupancy only, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Pets are not permitted. All prospective tenants are fully referenced; we require proof of income of at least three times the rent.
We do not ask for an application fee, but a £100 holding deposit is required before we will consider an application to be complete. This will be deducted from your first month's rent. Either a UK homeowning guarantor (who will also be referenced) or a security deposit (£600 ensuite / £500 non-ensuite) is required. Rent is paid monthly by standing order. The property's EPC rating is C.
Most tenants bring their own duvet, pillows and bed linen, but we can offer a bedding package as an extra if required.
