ENSUITE DOUBLE BEDROOM - This bedroom is furnished well with a double bed, large built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers. It has contemporary, modern decoration, and benefits from a lovely ensuite shower room.

Room 2: £620 pcm
DOUBLE BEDROOM - shares the main bathroom with ONE other house-mate.
This bedroom is furnished well with a 4ft double bed, large built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers. It has contemporary, modern decoration.

The house is a three storey town house in a B91 Solihull location just off Lode Lane. In the house; there is a very large kitchen/diner/lounge with all appliances, with a comfortable lounging area with a 40 inch digital TV. We have Virgin Business high speed broadband, and in every bedroom there is a TV aerial socket. The house-mates are clean and tidy and look after the place really well, and we supplement this with a cleaner for all communal areas, as well as a gardener. The house is in Council Tax band E.

The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, and there are also fire doors on all of the doors for added safety.

The location of the house is great, on a modern build cul-de-sac with plenty of parking spaces, and not only gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick commute, but also for Blythe Valley, Solihull Hospital, the NEC, and Birmingham Airport. And Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.

Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has in recent years been awarded the best place to live in the UK Quality of Life Index, and came second the following year!
