The Gang .... looking for a new 'Dan' :)

Sadly, we are loosing Dan from this very very happy home as he is off to India So I am looking for one good quality young professional to share this lovely home in Solihull with three other great young professionals - ideally a young man. My commitment to the house-mates is to find other social, quality young professionals to share with Charlotte, Suzie and Drummond, and having another young man would be the ideal mix in this home. Imagine these guys as your next house-mates .... they're great!

NOTE: No viewings until 12th, 13th, 14th January due to holidays.

The house is in a very convenient Solihull location (off Lode Lane near JLR).

This is a large bedroom with contemporary design, well furnished and has its own shower room ensuite. In the bedroom we have a 4ft double bed, large triple wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers., as well as a desk for home working.

The house is definitely a home. It has a relaxing atmosphere, it's very well presented and well furnished with contemporary furniture throughout.

As for the rest of the house, we have a big modern kitchen, with all appliances, a lovely sized lounge diner with a 42 inch digital freeview TV, and Virgin high speed broadband throughout, and each of the bedrooms have their own TV aerial sockets too. The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, and there are also fire doors on all of the doors for added safety. The house is in Council Tax band B.

In all our houses for young professionals we have been lucky enough to get great people who get along really well and look after their homes really well. We supplement this with a cleaning team who clean all the communal areas and the shared bathrooms.

The location gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick bus commute or a 25 minute walk, but also is great for access to the NEC, and Birmingham Airport, and the Industry Park off the A45. And Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.

Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has twice been awarded the best place to live in recent years by the UK Quality of Life Index!!

Finally a bit about me, as a live out Landlord, I am an Accredited member of the Residential Landlords Association as well as being MLAS Accredited (Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme), and work closely with the Authorities to ensure my properties adhere to the highest standards of comfort, safety and security. To ensure we get the highest calibre tenants who we think will get along well in a professional house-share we interview carefully, credit check and request various proofs of ID and reference. This is for our benefit as well as yours, to ensure we get a great group of tenants sharing a home together.
