Room available in large house with lots of space

**Double Room in Stirchley, Birmingham – Available from August/September**

I'm looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to share my lovely 3-bedroom Victorian home in Stirchley, less than 10 minutes' walk from the station.

One of the best things about living here is that I split my time between Birmingham and London for work and to see my partner, so you'll usually have the house to yourself for around half the month.

You'd also have your own separate fridge/freezer.

**The Property**
A spacious Victorian home with high ceilings, period features and lots of natural light. The room comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Shared spaces include a cosy front room, dining room and kitchen, plus two bathrooms between us.

**About Me**
I'm easygoing and sociable but I also appreciate having my own space. I like keeping the house clean and relaxed — somewhere that's nice to come home to. When I'm around I'm happy for a chat , but there's no pressure to socialise all the time.

**What I'm Looking For**
Someone who'll treat the home with care and enjoys a balance of independence
