Hello! I’m seeking a friendly and considerate housemate to share my lovely 3-bedroom Victorian period property from September. Here’s a little about the space and lifestyle:

The Property: A spacious and charming Victorian home with high ceilings, period features, and plenty of light. Rooms comes with double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The shared spaces include a cosy dining room, kitchen, the front room, There are two toilets and shower/bathrooms

About Me: I live here and am an easygoing and sociable person. I split my time between here and London, so I’m away about 20-50% of the month. My husband also lives here and follows the same split.

The Environment: The home would suit someone who values a social yet respectful dynamic. Whether you're introverted, extroverted, or somewhere in between, you’ll find this a welcoming and adaptable space.

The Room: Comfortable bedroom with ample space, ideal for relaxing after a long day.

I’m looking for people who will treat the home with care and enjoys a balance between independence.

Price reflects the fact that you you will have the house to yourself at least 20% of the month and there is a monthly cleaner.
