• Easy stroll into Kings Heath for shopping and dining
• Local pubs and bars (some of Birmingham's best craft beer spots!)
• Independent coffee shops and eateries
• Regular bus routes into city centre

THE HOUSE:
Off-road parking (no permit stress!), massive garden for BBQs and chill-out time, plus there's a handy corner shop literally on our doorstep.
Is a 3rd bedroom but that is used by my guests (family/friends)
