Lovely room in peaceful house Mon-Fri

A lovely, spacious room in my quirky, cute house, just 15 mins by train to Birmingham New Street, via our new Pineapple Rd Station (5 mins walk).

The room contains a very comfy king-sized bed, as well as a cabinet, chair, chest of drawers and mirror. It overlooks the garden, so it’s nice and peaceful.

I’m a professional actor so I’m in and out at odd times but I’m extremely quiet and respectful, but friendly and up for a chat if that’s what you’d like.

The guest room contains a huge, extremely comfy king-sized bed, as well as a cabinet, chair, chest of drawers and mirror. It’s at the back of my home, overlooking the garden, so it’s nice and peaceful.

There’s a well-equipped kitchen, a nice shower room with a big shower cubicle and a rain head shower. The living room is comfortable, with a tv and books. There’s a nice little dining area and a gorgeous garden with outdoor dining space too.

Oh, and obviously there’s WiFi.

The house is equal walking distance to both Kings Heath and Stirchley, which are both very groovy, gentrified suburbs just south of Birmingham city centre. It’s 15 mins by train in and out of Birmingham New Street via our brand new train station at Pineapple Road (about five mins walk from the house). It’s also very close to Moseley, Edgbaston cricket ground and the Midland Arts Centre.

Kings Heath is full of artsy types and there’s lots of live music going on; it also has its own Pride celebration so it’s super LGBTQIA+ friendly (as am I!). Stirchley is full of cute bars and micro breweries. It’s a great place and very safe.

One well-behaved small dog would be welcome.
