Double room available in a well balanced 5 bedroom house in the heart of Stirchley. We are conveniently located only 15 minutes away from the centre of Birmingham!
Rent includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner. There is a large kitchen, a lounge and a utility area with a fridge, a freezer, a washer and a dryer. The house has a garden, on-street parking outside and is only a 2 minute walk to Morrison’s or Aldi and is a 10 minute walk from Bournville Station.
The room includes a double bed, a wardrobe, drawers, and a desk. It faces the garden so is nice and is quiet.
Currently living in the house are 2 males and 3 females (all professionals) aged between 22 and 30. Interests include films, pub trips, coffee shops, jujitsu, football, cycling, gaming, knitting, running, and the outdoors.
