The rent is all inclusive and covers rent/bills/council tax/200 meg Virgin BB and TV/Netflix. There are no other fees or charges.
The house is really nice and cosy/well maintained sharing with one other. There's plenty of on street parking and a large private garden.
Just down the road is a cycle trail along the River Rea which leads to Cannon Hill Park.
Bournville train station is 0.7 miles/10 minute walk. The station is two stops from University (5 mins) and a 15 minute journey to New Street. Aldi/Morrisons supermarkets are a less than a 10 minute walk. Local park is 2 minutes away.
It’s a quiet, respectful and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for a housemate used to happy house sharing, and must be tidy, respectful and considerate of others. The room is only suitable for working professionals or post grads.
