Hello. I am looking to let my very comfortable double bayed furnished bedroom on a Monday to Friday basis.

I am on a direct bus route to warwick university, university Hospital and Coventry City Centre.

There is off road parking, mature large rear garden (south facing), Good local shops within a minutes walk, to include a post office and chemist as well as others.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, broadband, use of dining room and all bills are included.

I am VERY close to JLR at Whitley.

The Memorial Park is situated close by.

My previous tenant stayed with me for over two years,

I can be flexible with some arrangements if necessary.

An enhanced dbs. certificate is held by myself, (due to the nature of my work)... (LEGAL)

My home is Very clean and comfortable, quiet and respectful.
