We are pleased to offer low-cost, unfurnished rooms within a large shared property located in the town of Stourbridge.

When you contact us, you MUST include a few details about yourself, such as:

The Prestwood property offers multiple rooms of varying sizes, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, as well as communal living areas.
It also benefits from a very large outdoor garden, providing a spacious and relaxing environment for residents.

We are a Property Guardian company, and accommodation is offered under a Licence Agreement rather than a tenancy. This provides flexible living with a minimum notice period of 28 days.

Eligibility criteria:

• Employed individuals only
• Aged 21 or over

Documents required to apply:

• Last 3 months’ bank statements
• Last 3 months’ payslips or proof of employment
• Valid photo ID
• Non-UK citizens: Share Code or BRP
• Landlord reference (email, letter, or phone contact)

Costs:

• £350 deposit
• Monthly fee payable in advance (by the day before move-in)

**Please be advised that the price listed refers to single occupancy. If you're a couple interested in moving in, the monthly fee and deposit will be adjusted accordingly, and a separate licence agreement will be required for each person.**
