Double Rooms - Overlooking Countryside

Hello!

I'm Jeanette and I have 3 double rooms to rent within my lovely home.

The house:
It's a five bed property facing the countryside including a fantastic kitchen with adjoining conservatory, large living room (with Virgin TV) and wonderful garden. There's also off road parking for approximately five cars.

A bit about the area:
Streetly is a quiet, family area with a few pubs and restaurants dotted around if you need to unwind after work. There are bus routes to Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Mere Green, Aldridge, Kingstanding, Erdington, Walsall and Brownhills. Easy access to train stations to Birmingham and Lichfield.

The rooms:
Two Double rooms overlooking the front & furnished with bed (including bedding if required), clothes storage and bedside tables. All recently refurbished.
One double room overlooking garden with mezzanine 2nd floor (including bed, clothes storage, bedside table, chair and table). Recently refurbished.
Rent includes all bills (Water, gas, electricity, council tax and internet).

A bit about me:
I enjoy socialising with friends on weekends and the odd week night. However, I love my nights in at the end of the day reading a good book or watching television. My latest hobby is dinghy sailing, so dabbling in a boat at the weekends is my love.

What I'm looking for:
Ideally I am looking to share my house with other independent professionals who don't mind relaxing in the living room and having a chat after work (preferably Monday - Friday).. The house is not suitable for someone who works nights or other unsociable hours, as I respect all the people who live in the house. They must like dogs as I look after my son & daughters dogs occasionally.
