Professional couple with a first floor spare room. We live in an extensively refurbished, 5 bed detached 3 storey house at the end of a quiet estate, with on street parking, next to Newhall country park, perfect for walks & cycling.
We have 2 very friendly dogs who like to say hello before leaving you alone, so you must be ok with animals to live here!
Looking for a tidy, easy going professional who wants a quiet place to stay; we all enjoy having a chat & are sociable but we are also happy to respect each other’s space too.
There is a beautiful rear garden with decking, furniture & BBQ, luxury fitted kitchen with all integrated appliances inc washing machine, dish washer & microwave. The kitchen has an eating & lounge area with big TV complete with Netflix & Sky, all included. All bills & broadband included too.
Refurbished bedroom with double fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table & lovely ensuite with storage too.
Every amenity is within a short walk in local area inc newsagents, post office, pubs, restaurants, takeaway, bus into Sutton Coldfield/ Birmingham etc Train station a short drive. Easy access to M42, A38, M6 & toll.
Available Monday to Friday with occasional weekends - ideally suited to someone looking for a place to stay whilst working away in Birmingham during the week or doing long shifts on HS2, returning home at the weekend.
