The house is very homely with a large luxurious lounge. The kitchen has lots of space with your own designated double cupboard and large fridge/freezer. It’s open plan which makes the kitchen a very socialable space for cooking. The large, stylish lounge on the first floor has a 55in TV and a large settees. The downstair entrance is large and welcome to the property.

Location
The house is located right in the centre of Sutton Coldfield in the private gated complex. It has easy access to all shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and transport links. - bus & rail. Sutton Park and Wyndley Leisure Centre are directly behind us. It’s a fab location particularly for non-drivers. Ideally you would NOT have a car as there is no parking in the complex. There is off road parking outside though.

The cost
£750 per month with £500 deposit. This is inclusive of all bills (gas, electric, water, tv licence, broadband, Netflix and council tax etc.) You just need to bring yourself and your bedding. No additional extras to pay.
I will be added furniture to the property for more convenience.
