Lovely single room in refurbished Victorian house

A lovely single room available in a newly refurbished semi-detached Victorian property. Nicely furnished with new cast iron bed and new mattress, and newly carpeted. Luxury bathroom, downstairs wc, and large extended living/kitchen/dining area. Large garden with patio. Two minute walk to train station - train is approx 15 minutes into Birmingham New Street and directly on to University of Birmingham. House is shared with 55 year old widowed Christian female and 20 year old musician son when he is home from university. Also shared with a ridiculously friendly large labrador! Occasionally have my parents stay, and have family pop over to visit most weeks. Occasional family get togethers and film nights. Lodger is welcome to be involved in family life as much or as little as they wish. We are a family of committed Christians and live by traditional Biblical principles - I'm seeking a student lodger who is a committed Christian and church going.
