I currently live in a 3-bed semi on a quiet road close to Sutton Coldfield town centre. I am looking to let out the other double bedroom, it has fitted wardrobes and a vanity/ desk.
There is one bathroom (toilet, bath/shower) upstairs and a WC downstairs.
Nice lounge and dining room downstairs, big kitchen (plenty of storage), and a study. Utility and WC are through the kitchen.
I am open to staying out if 2 friends want both rooms. There’s a box room, mainly used for storage.
