About the household
It's just myself and my wife, along with our two very friendly Ragdoll cats. We are an extremely quiet, clean and considerate couple and like to keep our home relaxed and peaceful.
We are also away quite regularly on holidays, so there are periods when the house is particularly quiet.
The bathroom on the same floor would be shared with a female tenant in the other bedroom. We've previously had a doctor living with us for the past three years, so we understand the importance of having a comfortable, quiet and respectful home environment for someone working full-time.
We're looking for someone who will fit naturally into the household — friendly and sociable when appropriate, but also respectful of each other's privacy and space.
Ideally looking for a long-term tenant.
