Current flat mate (care taker)is gentle, respectful, and levelheaded. The area is quiet and peaceful, just 5 minutes walk to co-ops supermarket, single bus to grace church center, train station and Erdington high street.
No WiFi at the moment using hot-spot, but it could be arranged if required.
