Newly refurbished with triple fitted wardrobes & large ensuite, double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, armchair with reading tall lamp, chest of drawers, large wall mounted mirror & a curved flat screen tv with Netflix.
There is a beautiful rear garden with decking, furniture & BBQ, also a new outdoor verander, luxury fitted kitchen with all integrated appliances inc washing machine, dish washer & microwave. Off the kitchen is a communal lounge area with a huge sofa & flat screen TV with Sky. All bills, Sky, Netflix & super fast broadband included.

We are a professional couple with a first floor spare room. We live in an extensively refurbished, 5 bed detached 3 storey house at the end of a quiet estate, with on street parking, next to Newhall country park. The park is ideal for cycling & walking - it even has a free outdoor gym!
Every amenity is within a short walk in local area inc newsagents, post office, pubs, restaurants, takeaway, bus into Sutton Coldfield/ Birmingham etc Train station a short drive. Easy access to M42, A38, M6 & toll.
Our other 2 lodgers work on HS2 & stay over just 2 or 3 nights a week

Please note that we have a small, friendly dog & a beautiful black Labrador, so you need to be ok with dogs to live here!

Looking for a tidy, easy going professional who wants a quiet home, to share. We are all up early for work, so are usually in bed by 9pm!
Ideally suit someone working in the Midlands during the week & returning home at the weekends, although staying over very occasionally at the weekend is fine too. Our other 2 lodgers work on HS2 & usually stay over just 2 or 3 nights a week.
