I have a lovely double room to rent in a large ground floor flat in a safe residential area. The flat has central heating, fibre broadband, a private garden and has been refurbished to a high standard with all appliances.

The room has a double bed, two wardrobes, chest of drawers and a TV.

Main bus routes are nearby. It's under one mile to local shops, takeaways, and the railway station. Warwick University, Sainsburys and Cannon Park shopping centre are within two miles. The city centre is 4 miles away.

I'm self employed and would like to find a non smoking professional to rent the room to. I have a cat, so an animal lover would be ideal.

Long or short term lets ok but no students or couples.
