Im an easy going happy go lucky live in landlady looking for a lodger. Good sized room available with large built in mirror wardrobe and built in shelving area with a double bed and some storage. Large south facing garden with 12 foot pool if you like to sunbath or barbecue. I don’t discriminate anyone’s gender race or sexual preferences.
Bathroom with shower only and downstairs toilet large dining room and good size kitchen. All appliances are at your disposal cooker washing machine tumble dryer ect happy for my utensils cutlery and plates to be used or there is storage for your own. 2 shelves in the fridge and the inside freezer has 2 large compartments for your use. A cupboard in the kitchen for your food and able to easily make more room if needed for food storage. Lots of storage in the passageway for your cleaning products other food items and shelving with hooks for coats and shoe storage. If anyone wishing to apply that have children on a part time basis im more than happy to discuss this in detail and have no issues with parents applying my last lodger had 2 children so this wont be an issue for me. All i ask is you clean up after yourself and if you smoke vaping is acceptable in the house but cigarettes will have to smoked in the garden i do not want cigarettes smoked inside the home. Well behaved pets will be considered after meeting your fur baby and assessing if there a good fit. I dont have pets now but have had pets in the past. I work shifts so ask you to be courteous when im on nights and need to sleep in the day. I will also be respectful if your asleep or resting.
