Two weeks rent paid in advance is required when moving in. Subsequent rents will be collected by bank transfer/direct debit. No pets are permitted in the property and there is also a strict no smoking policy in place. Photographic id will be required for those wishing to view the property.

The property is located appx. 10 minutes from Walsall town centre by bus. Bloxwich town centre is appx. a 20min walk away. Local bus routes 29 & 25 stop close by. Nearest mainline rail is Bloxwich & Walsall. Bus X51 from May Street provides an express service to Birmingham town centre.

A £50 non-refundable holding deposit will be required to secure the room prior to moving in. No statutory mail is permitted.

No E-bike/scooter charging permitted. A maximum storage of two large suitcases are permitted in the room. Any additional items will need to be stored elsewhere.
