Luxury House Share for Professional Females

We are raising the bar with our Walsall house share. Female preference is due to current housemates who are women who would like to live in an all-female household for cultural or religious reasons.

A few minutes walk from the town centre, bus and train stations it is perfectly located for the city centre, medical placements at Manor Hospital and is an easy commute to Birmingham and Wolverhampton.

With large rooms, so you have plenty of space, fitted mirror wardrobes/drawers, desk, flat-screen TV, super-fast Virgin fibre broadband, ottoman beds, blackout curtains and quality furnishings, you’ll have everything you need from day one. Each room has its own private bathroom or en-suite.

There is only one single room in this house (Room 1) but it's LARGE - we could have fitted a double bed but we wanted more space for storage. It still comes with own bathroom and you have use of a kitchen area that is shared with only one other housemate (Room 2)

The communal space has areas for home-working, a large-screen TV for movie nights in, and three kitchen stations which come with plenty of storage, your own compact fridge freezer and the laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.

This house share was stylishly created with health and wellbeing in mind. We've put the joy into hybrid and home-working, creating a nice social atmosphere AND helping you switch off when you need to.
