Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is less than a minute's walk to bus stops, 5 minutes' walk to Reedswood Park, and 13 minutes’ walk to Reedswood Shopping Complex, with stores such as Sainsbury's, B&M, Food Warehouse and Matalan. A good walking exercise of 23 minutes will get you to Walsall Manor Hospital.

The large double room overlooking the back garden (see the video and the first four photos, £125 per week, available) has a king-size bed, many cupboards and ample wardrobe space.

Requirements: Evidence of work, two personal references and a photo ID will be taken. Then, a lodger agreement will be signed by both parties. Everyone is responsible for keeping all parts of the house clean and tidy via a Rota. Monthly payment will be preferred for long-stayers.
