Spare room in house with live in landlord

There is 1 double room available, which includes wardrobe and drawer space, a garden view, and on-street parking. The bus stop is within walking distance, and it's a 10-minute drive to the town center.

You will share the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and lounge. You also have access to the garden, washing machine, and drying rack. There is 1 house cat that lives on the stairs.

This is a periodic agreement for a lodger in my spare room, with a minimum stay of 3 months, followed by a rolling contract that can be extended. A month's notice is required if you decide to leave.

I expect you to top up the cat's food bowls and water plants when I'm not around with given notice. This is for working professionals only, and no working from home is allowed. Preferably 9am- 5pm working hours. Proof of your right to rent is required.
