Double room available at £30 per night (4 nights) in a 3 bedroomed house in the Walsall WS5 area.
Not far from junction 7 of the M6 & junction 1 of the M5, on the bus route, with 2 railway stations very close by giving easy access to Birmingham, Wolverhampton etc.
Apologise there is no En-suite but the bathroom is next door to the room and the toilet is separate which is useful (I work from home so I don't need the bathroom until later)
The property has Wi Fi and there is also off street parking if required.
I prefer professional people who require a Mon- Fri rental but nothing is set in stone! .
Just so you know I have a cat. He's not keen on anyone but me so he will stay out of your way lol
