Hi,
We are looking for a housemate to live with us in a lovely semi-detached house. We are tidy, quiet and friendly and barely at home.
There is planty of parking space and a huge garden. The neighbourhood is very safe and the shops are in a walking distance. Same with the bus stops.
The house comprises of a large living/dinning room, a kitchen and a bathroom with both shower and a bathtub. There will be loads of privacy as our rooms are separated by a walking wardrobe.
Bills included.
Room can be rented furnished or unfurnished.
Not for couples.
*If shorter term than 6 months, rent is £130 weekly with bills included.
