B46 Quiet spacious residence in Water Orton

This is a quiet rural setting within easy reach of Birmingham International train station and the airport.
We have a large garden to relax in.
2 pubs, and village amenities are within walking distance. As is the doctor's surgery and Tesco/Lloyds Pharmacy.

We are looking for a quieter professional person who is comfortable around an ancient cat and energetic Miniature Schnauzer dog.

Our house sharer will be expected to clean up after themselves though we do have a cleaning lady once a week for the communal areas. A hoover is available to use

Our house sharer has own fridge and full use of all kitchen and cooking implements. There is a washing machine in the communal utility area.

Our house sharer may use the outside patio at leisure. Our house sharer may also use the communal library room to entertain. There is also a chance to hone pool skills on our 3/4 length pool table.

If required, duvet and pillows are provided, one set of bedding can also be called of. The house sharer remains responsible for keeping such items in a clean serviceable order.

We value the calmness and peacefulness of our home and actively discourage drunken disorder.
