ABOUT THE TOWN:
Wednesbury is minutes from Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Walsall. Quiet, pleasant little town with parks, good infrastructure and useful shopping centers.
ABOUT TRANSPORT:
The Birmingham tram is 6-8 minutes' walk from the house. Birmingham central is about 20 minutes on the motorway. Birmingham Airport is 40 minutes away.
ABOUT PARKING:
There is always parking space in front or at the side of the house. The area in front of the main entrance is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so the residents' cars are protected.
ABOUT:
The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. Given that the main entrance is at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is no through traffic in front of the house.
There are several parks and canals nearby. Dining options, grocery stores are also within walking distance.

The house has one studio apartment and four en-suite double/king size rooms. The house has been freshly renovated inside and out. Everything is new, modern.
