I understand that some places don't allow pets, but i am flexible i had a decent sized garden. I LOVE PETS! (i dont have any living with me but my sister has cats at her house which i adrore)
Reference would just be from your employer to confirm your work contract and duration of employment.
Deposit can be paid in two halves if its too much to pay in one go.
we can have set days for using the living room, so you get your space. and there is the kitchen to sit in too.
most of all I don't mind pets, we can adjust the furniture in the bedroom to accommodate your pet being in your room and/or downstairs. there's a double bed in there, but we can swap to single bed if you need more room.

I also don't mind anyone saying i want to trial for a minimum two months, or anyone needing a place for 4 days a week. There is off road parking, if you are worried about your car you can have the drive parking spot.
