Each resident will have their own part-furnished bedroom within a welcoming 4-bedroom flat, sharing the communal kitchen/diner and bathroom with three other young professionals.

Rent: £56.59 per week — including bills.

To be considered, you must meet all of the following criteria:

Aged 18–25
Currently working and earning a minimum of £800 per month
Able to afford the weekly rent
Single occupant only — couples cannot be accommodated

This accommodation is specifically funded for working young people aged 18–25, and unfortunately we cannot make exceptions regarding age, employment status or affordability.

The accommodation is intended for individual applicants only and cannot accommodate couples.
