There is a bus stop which is a 5 minute walk and on route to the university (87 bus ). In addition, Westwood business park and Tile Hill railway station are also walking distance. From there you can catch a direct train to London.

All bills inclusive. The only bill for the tenant to pay is electricity.

We are looking for a professional person or a postgraduate student. Undergrads will be considered but we want someone who is quiet and respectful.
