It’s a family home and with lots of positive vibes.
Almost everything is included in the utilities bill as long as you don’t exceed your monthly budget.
In case, you go over the budget, then you will be paying for your own room excess money especially gas heater.
(Apart from Gas, everything is included in the utility bills.)
Gas, Water, Electricity, Council and WiFi.
